Dr. Prusinski has two family owned and operated offices devoted to the care and treatment of individuals with pain that have been custom designed to help you feel at home and to promote health and wellness. Our flagship office is in Melbourne. We maintain a second office location in Merritt Island to provide for our patients to the north.

In addition to the practice of interventional pain medicine, a full complement of neurodiagnostic testing is available through our offices. This includes neurophysiologic tests such as electromyography/nerve conduction studies and local neurodiagnostic imaging including high magnetic field strength magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). These tests can precisely zero in on the exact location and cause of your pain. Dr. Prusinski independently interprets all imaging of your spine and brain as a part of his evaluation of patients. This, when taken with your personal history and thorough neurologic and musculoskeletal examination, allows Dr. Prusinski to CUSTOM TAILOR your treatment SPECIFIC TO YOUR PAIN.
